Step 1: Clean the Surface

Before removing the adhesive backing, place the EVA sheets into position and check all edges and clearances. This step can prevent mistakes.  You are ideally looking for a 3-4mm gap between all EVA pieces.

Step 4: Install the Flooring

Peel the backing away gradually and press firmly into place. Use a roller, or a rag and rubber mallet to ensure maximum contact with the surface and eliminate trapped air.  For best adhesion of your pressure sensitive 3M marine grade adhesive, you are aiming for 2 kilograms of pressure per square inch.
