core flute
Core flute is a plastic material that is lightweight and weather resistant and is well suited to either indoor or outdoor temporary signs. We can print directly onto 3mm or 5mm coreflute with our UV stable printers to make posters or point of sale equipment of all sizes.5mm core flute signs are a popular choice for temporary information signage, for example, temporary warning signs, advertising your building / construction services, event signage.Our turnaround is quick, often within 24 hours from art being approved. We can deliver your core flute prints Australia Wide.
Standard core flute sheets come in 2400*1200mm. If your design is larger than this, we can create panels.
Our core flutes can be custom rectangles of all sizes. We can also custom contour cut your core flute into any shape.

- 440gms rip stop banner material has a medium life 3+ years outdoors, normally sewn with ropes and eyelets.
- 610gsm USB smooth banner material has a 3-5 year outdoor life, and can be sewn with ropes and eyelets for hanging, or sewn with Keder track and hung as a large sign as a cheaper option to a traditional aluminum colour bond sign. This banner product can also be coated to increase it’s life to 6-10 years outdoors.
- Banner Breeze or Mesh Banners – perforated banner film made for temporary fencing so the wind can flow through. It is often used for branding around building sites or events. Our Banner Breeze can be full colour UV printed and eyeleted for easy installation. Banner breeze comes as a white base stock, and can be printed full color photographic quality.
