What is Corflute®?
Corflute® or Core flute is a twin wall 100% recyclable polypropylene (PP) sheet product, commonly
chosen for its’ strength, durability and environmental credentials. Corflute® is used across the signage, packaging, material handling and building industries.
How thick is your Corflute®?
While 3mm Corflute® is available, we generally use 5mm Corflute® which has stronger rigidity, and is better for more sign applications.
Can you print on Corflute®?
Yes, we can print full CMYK color plus white on our flatbed printer. This is a Ultrivioletally cured ink that has an outdoor life of 12 months to 2 years.
Can you custom cut Corflute®?
Yes, we can custom cut Core flute shapes. We can also create folds or velcro attachments to make 3D signage or exhibition displays from Corflute®.

Form A Sign offers our customers a FREE RECYCLING program for all of the Corflute signs that we have printed for you.
Form A Sign's Corflute® Recycling Sign Program
Form A Sign work closely with Corex who have created a closed-loop manufacturing site designed specifically to recycle and
reuse Corflute® waste, making products for tomorrow.
Corflute® Signage is 100% recyclable, and it is done all here locally in Dandenong, Victoria.
Return your Form A Sign printed Corflute to our factory in Noble Park North, and we can organise the rest for you.
Before returning your Form A Sign printed Corflute® signs, please ensure they are contaminate free. If your graphics have been printed directly to the Corflute® and there are no eyelets, you probably have a contaminant free sign, ready to return and recycle.
Contaminants may include:
- Eyelets
- Vinyl printed film – if your Corflute® sign is super shiny and you can pick a layer of vinyl plastic from a corner, this needs to be removed.
- PVC pockets
- Double sided adhesive tapes
How to Remove Corflute® contaminants to prepare your Corflute® for recycling with Form A Sign
- Using a Stanley knife or similar, cut the Corflute® area where the eyelets are
attached. It’s easiest to cut a straight line across the top of the sheet and so on.
- Pick a corner and continue to peel the PVC from the Corflute® sign.
- Remove and paper and adhesive tapes
** Coreflutes that have not been printed by Form A Sign are exempt from this offer.
